Nestled in the lush tropical heart of Dominica, Manoe's Cornerstone is more than a restaurant and bar — it is a living, breathing expression of Caribbean culture. Founded by Manoe, a passionate musician and host, the venue was built on the belief that great food, great music, and great company are the true cornerstones of life.
The building itself tells a story: stone walls worn smooth by the island's history, wooden shutters that frame views of tropical greenery, and a natural stream that runs alongside the property, filling quiet evenings with the sound of flowing water. Every corner of Manoe's Cornerstone has been shaped by hand and by heart.
From intimate acoustic sessions to full-band reggae nights, Manoe takes the stage himself — performing with the kind of warmth and energy that makes every guest feel like family. The menu is equally soulful: fresh Caribbean catches, eclectic international flavours, and cocktails crafted with local rum and island fruits.
